## Registration Process

* MIDAO provides template documents and document support throughout the registration process.
* MIDAO provides a digital portal for self-service during the registration process, but is always available to provide direct support via email, Telegram, video workshops, etc.
* MIDAO interfaces with the government once to provide updates and relay feedback so the entity is registered as quickly as possible.

## All MIDAO's ongoing services and government fees are included in your annual fee, including:

* Registered agent services
* A local RMI address and mail forwarding
* Certified and notarized documents, like a certificate of good standing or certificate of incumbency
* Template documents, e.g., amendments to operating agreements or certificates of formation
* An annual operating agreement workshop and support for customizing template documents
* All government filings, including annual filings, name changes, etc
* A digital "annual filing portal" to stay in compliance with the RMI government as a Marshall Islands entity 
* Introductions for opening bank & TradFi accounts, or other crypto service providers that may be helpful, such as lawyers, OTC desks, accounting firms, payroll tools, token launchpads, etc
* Storage of official company documents
