MIDAO Refunds for Unsuccessful DAO LLC Setup

• According to our terms of use, "In the event an organization cannot be successfully registered, MIDAO will return any prepaid annual fees and 50% of the registration fee."

• MIDAO will always return at least 50% of the registration fee, but we've returned up to 100% in the past, provided we didn't spend too much time and money preparing the application and advising the applicant.
