# Public Registry & Certified Documents

## [View the RMI DAO LLC Registry Here](https://registry.midao.org/public-registry/)

* Note that the RMI DAO LLC Registry is separate from the IRI Registry for traditional (non-DAO LLC) companies registered in the RMI.

## Certified Documents

MIDAO can produce certified and, where needed, notarized copies of the documents banks, exchanges, and other counterparties typically request. All of the documents below are included in the [annual fee](/midao-pricing-and-services/pricing-cost-comparison-and-payments/annual-fees.md) — there are no per-document charges.

### Documents Available on Request

* **Certificate of Good Standing.** Confirms the DAO LLC is registered and in good standing with the Marshall Islands. We can only issue a Certificate of Good Standing once the DAO LLC's annual fees and filings are current. Some banks accept the Certificate of Good Standing as proof of the DAO LLC's registered address.
* **Certificate of Incumbency.** Lists the DAO LLC's beneficial owners (as defined by the Marshall Islands for DAO LLCs) and managers based on the latest government filings. Useful for KYB processes that require a beneficial-ownership statement on company letterhead.
* **Certified Beneficial Owners Information Report (BOIR).** A certified copy of the BOIR submitted at registration and at each annual filing.
* **Certified Representative Agent Form.** A stamped and certified copy of the Representative Agent Form, useful when a counterparty asks for proof of who is authorized to act on the DAO LLC's behalf.
* **Certified Certificate of Formation.** A stamped and certified copy of the DAO LLC's Certificate of Formation (the equivalent of a "certificate of incorporation" or "articles of association" at other counterparties).
* **Certified Operating Agreement.** A stamped and certified copy of the current Operating Agreement (the equivalent of "bylaws" or "memorandum of association" at other counterparties). The current OA is the version on file from the most recent annual filing or any optional interim submission.
* **Notarized copies.** Where a counterparty requires notarization (often for foreign filings or stricter compliance regimes), MIDAO can have any of the above notarized. Notarization typically takes a few days, depending on the notary's availability. Please plan accordingly.

### Sharing Documents Publicly (Optional)

* Some clients like to make their formational documents as public as possible by sharing them with their network; [Pyth](https://forum.pyth.network/t/about-the-pyth-dao/14) and [Elastos](https://x.com/ElastosInfo/status/1783822532543463880) are some examples that come to mind. Otherwise, your registration documents will remain private except in case of a valid law enforcement investigation.

### Requesting a Document

To request a certified or notarized document, please contact our team. Provide the DAO LLC name and the specific document(s) you need. If a counterparty has provided their own template, share that with us as well so we can match the format.

## Marshall Islands Registration Numbers

* MIDAO provides registration numbers when delivering your charter and registered documents in the cover letter. If you can’t find your number, please contact our team!
* Any DAO LLC's registration number can be verified on the [MIDAO Public Registry](https://registry.midao.org/public-registry/).
